Bartholomew Road, Kentish Town

Making the most of a new extension in this large Victorian family home in Kentish Town. In designing the newly formed dining room, we took the chance to also create a dedicated boot room with direct connection between the dining area and hallway—practical storage that works hard for family life without compromising the flow of the space.

 

Rethinking the middle room as a music and reading sanctuary, with bespoke shelving and generous vinyl storage, completes the ground floor scheme—ensuring each space has its own role and a cohesive feel throughout.
