Elm Tree Avenue, Nottingham
Redesign of a tween bedroom in a Victorian home in Nottingham—a scheme that needed to balance creativity and practicality, giving a young person a space that works as hard as it inspires.
The full carpentry scheme was designed to make the most of every corner of the room. An elevated double bed with integral storage sits alongside a bespoke fitted wardrobe, while a cork feature wall adds texture and a personal, tactile quality to the space.

A bespoke window seat with upholstered cushion creates a reading and relaxing nook, and a curved desk provides a dedicated area for school work and hobbies—considered, comfortable and designed to grow with its owner.
The palette is contemporary and confident, layering warm tones with playful accents that feel fresh without being childish—a room that will remain relevant as the space evolves over time.
